    The Managing Director of CasUrban  - Diana Cassar - is a dynamic, ambitious and success-driven entrepreneur who sees her highest achievement in her ability to bring and keep together a forward-thinking, intelligent and diversely experienced team of property professionals who share her passion for property and people.
     
    Russia-born, Diana established and successfully ran her International Project Marketing business with offices in Melbourne and Kuala Lumpur, which delivered over 5 billion worth of Australian property sales over a 10 year period, both locally and off-shore. This has given Diana a unique ability to precisely identify the demand & supply trends within ever-changing property market conditions and create product that exceeds expectation.
     
    Diana's mission is to continuously challenge the 'status quo' through leading her team to new horizons of property development industry.

    CasUrban is a Property Development arm of CasProperty Corporation. Established in 1998 as a small trade contractor, today we employ over 200 full time staff between four well-established companies under CasCorporation umbrella – CasUrban, CasConstruct, Casello and CasReslestate. With some of Melbourne’s most exciting commercial and residential projects in our fast-growing portfolio, we are shaping Melbourne’s skyline leaving our uncompromised footprint through property which stands the test of time.

    Mark’s exceptional track-record and reputation within Property Development and Construction industries, as well as a strong balance sheet of Companies under Mark’s management, provides CasUrban, as well as its sister-companies, with unique opportunities when it comes to the financial backing required to bring the projects to life. This is especially important in today's challenging development funding landscape, which sets CasUrban apart from its competitors and allows all companies under CasCorporation umbrella to continue their calculated, conservative and always healthy growth.
